We are a leading removals company who provides every service our customers could ever need if they are relocating to a new home or office. Our Staff
We place a considerable amount of importance on the people we hire. We want people who know the removal trade inside and out and who have encountered every possible problem and have solutions for it. We want people who can do all of the jobs we promise our clients we can do. We want to be the be all and end all in removal services. We want our clients to know if they hire us that their worries are over because we will take care of everything for us. However we feel this is not enough. If a prospective candidate meets these qualities but not the other features that we so highly regard then we do not hire him/her. We want our staff to be patient, flexible and friendly. We want our customers to be able to relax and enjoy their move and they will only be able to do so if they trust the people who are working for them. We want it so that if one of our customers has a question, a concern or even a grievance about their move then they will approach one of our staff without second thought. We don’t hire people who will seem intimidating but those who will take a customer aside and explain to them in a patient manner anything they wish to know. What We Do
We strive to take care of every aspect of a move. The main service we provide is packing as this is usually the most frustrating part of the process. We do more than you would think because before we begin we plan everything out and make a list of all items that we will handle to prevent things being lost and giving the customer full accountability. By organising things at the start it means we make no mistakes and that our customers belongings will be packed safer. We wrap everything in protective materials and place them into sturdy containers, but do so in a way that they will be prevent possible injuries to the person carrying it.

We then can transport the customer’s goods wherever they need them in our range of vehicles. We can even hold them at a storage facility where we will keep everything safe until they are required. These depots are designed to protect things from any bad weather or thieves so our customers can trust us. Once everything arrives at the new home or office of our client we will unpack and sort everything and set it up. We can also assist in international moves within the EU, by tackling paperwork, giving essential advice and taking things all the way to their new home. With all this and more, our customers will know that what we will give the ultimate service for their money.
